When I started River Ridge, Rhonda and I wanted to live by faith.  We were longing to do something different and exciting.  We were tired of the status quo.  We wanted to be involved in something bigger than ourselves.  We wanted to see God do something that only he could do.

I thought we were there.  In fact, I’ve thought we were there more than once.  I don’t want to say we’re there yet, but this is the biggest thing I’ve ever asked God to do.  I shared with our River Ridge on Sunday that we need an additional $35,000 to meet our budget for next year.  For some of you, that may not seem like a lot of money.  For me, it’s huge.  I am completely dependant on God for this.

The past two months have been tight.  We are over $800 short from meeting our mid-month payroll.  As far as I can tell, we’ve done all we can do.  I am depending completely on God to meet our financial need so we reach people.  Join me in asking God to provide this need.  People are separated from God.  He wants to reach them.  We want to do our part.
