Rhonda and I had a busy weekend.  We spent most of day with her brother on Saturday getting her mom’s house ready to sale.  We cleaned and packed up the remaining stuff for Goodwill.  It’s ready to sell!

After stopping by the Goodwill trailer, we headed home to greet friends from Orlando for an overnight stay.  Since everyone was hungry, I suggested we head to downtown D’ville for some food.  The wait at Gumbeaux’s was over an hour, so we decided to drop by Fabiano’s for some pizza.  The wait for a seat was about 30 minutes, so we waited and waited and waited.  After getting a table, we waited and waited and waited and waited for service.  Then we waited for our appetizer, waited for our pizza, waited for a fork, waited for drink refills, waited for the check, and … after 3 long loud hours (we were seated in the basement near the games) we finally left.

Sunday was normally busy.  But it was a great day.  Our attendance was up, the band rocked, the teaching was _________ (you be the judge).

By the way, Mandy sent me some great pictures from the Egg Drop.  I’m going to post them either today or Tuesday.
